💸 Refund Policy

Treasure Trove Wedding and Event Rentals has the following refund policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
All rental bookings are considered final. Refunds are not issued unless an item is deemed faulty prior to use.
2. Faulty Items
If you believe an item is defective, you must notify us immediately upon pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing any refund or credit.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding a 25% reservation fee). Cancellations within 14 days of the rental date are non-refundable.
