📦 Rental Policy

By renting with Treasure Trove Wedding and Event Rentals, you agree to the following rental terms:

1. Rental Duration

All rentals are for a 5-day period. Items may be picked up by appointment between Wednesday and Friday, and must be returned Monday between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. at:

2. Cleaning Policy

All food-related rentals must be returned clean and dry. A cleaning fee will apply to items returned unclean.

3. Late Returns

A $200 late fee will be charged for any items returned after 10:00 a.m. Monday.

4. Damage or Loss

Clients are responsible for all items during the rental period. Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.

5. Pickup & Return Appointments

All pickups and returns are by appointment only. Please call or text 301.758.0227 to schedule.

6.  Payment

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when placing order an order. The balance is due at pickup. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, checks and Venmo. We do not accept Zelle.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations – Cancellations may be made at any time but the deposit is always non-refundable.
