Welcome to Treasure Trove Wedding and Event Rentals. By accessing our website or placing a rental order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

Treasure Trove Wedding and Event Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides wedding and event rental services. By using our services or website (https://treasuretroverentals.com), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when placing order an order. The balance is due at pickup. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, checks and Venmo. We do not accept Zelle.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled pickup date for a partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the rental date are non-refundable.  Cancellations may be made at any time but the deposit is always non-refundable.

5. Ownership of Rentals

All rented items remain the property of Treasure Trove Wedding and Event Rentals. Clients are responsible for the condition of items from pickup to return.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of rented items. Clients assume full responsibility for the care and safe use of all rentals.
