Monday: Open 4 PM – 8 PM
Tuesday: Available 8 AM – 6 PM (by appointment only)
Rental Pickups
Wednesday – Friday: By appointment only

Monday: Drop-offs available 8 AM – 10 AM (by appointment only)

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an item is proven to be faulty prior to use. Items must be inspected upon pickup, and any concerns must be reported immediately. We reserve the right to deny refunds in situations where damage may have occurred after the item left our possession.
Rental Policies
Rental Period: Rentals are for a 5-day period. Orders may be picked up by appointment Wednesday through Friday. Returns are due Monday between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Late Returns: A $200 late fee will be applied for any items returned after 10:00 a.m. on Monday.
Cleaning Requirements: All food-related items must be returned clean and dry. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any items returned unclean.
Damaged or Missing Items: Clients are responsible for all rented items. Any lost or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.
